RE: TENTATIVE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
Please be advised that the tentative agreement that has been posted on this site has been withdrawn.
It is your bargaining team’s position that all classifications receive the 2.75% increase in 2013 except for the RPN Lead position which was to receive a bonus of $1,700 in lieu. It is the employer’s position that the red circling remain in place for those classifications that were listed in the previous agreement.
To this end, the meeting scheduled for February 23 2012 will be cancelled as there will be no vote at this time.
The meeting scheduled on February 22 2012 at 7:30 pm will be held due to the fact that there is still other business we need to conduct and there will be a question and answer period as well.

The bargaining teams representing Ontario Public Service Employees Union Local 329 and Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care, Penetanguishene are pleased to announce that we have achieved a tentative settlement.

The team will use these results as a guide for what is important and what are the priorities of the local members while we are negotiating.
