We will be holding a General Membership Meeting to do elections for Convention and to discuss and vote on the tentative agreement between the Union and Management, that is subject to ratification by our members and Waypoint’s Board of Directors. To ensure as many members as possible can vote on the contract, we have arranged for an additional day where members will have access to vote on-site. This survey is for all staff who provide clinical services on Waypoint’s inpatient units. It is intended to see how workplace factors relate to worker mental health, and especially staff experiences with potentially traumatic events.
